Deposits must come from a verified source, like a bank account, a payment system, or a credit/debit card. For security and compliance, clients need to confirm their ownership of the payment method to avoid third-party payments. For example, if depositing with a card, a scan or photo of the card is required (details are available in our verification and AML policy).
Non-compliance with this policy may result in deposit rejection. Please be aware that the amount credited to your Invest Club Global account might differ from the transferred amount due to external fees. While Invest Club Global does not charge any commission, fees may be levied by the payment system or bank. Further information about these charges is available on our deposit/withdrawal page.
In accordance with established AML rules and regulations, clients are recommended to withdraw funds using the same method and currency as their deposits. Be mindful of possible additional fees and restrictions when transacting for trading purposes. Additionally, it should be noted that, under specific conditions and in compliance with Anti Money-Laundering guidelines, withdrawals may be processed through a different method than that used for deposit. The withdrawal process may require clients to provide additional information and documentation.
To initiate a withdrawal, please follow these steps and guidelines:
- 1. Log in to your Invest Club Global account.
- 2. Go to the “Internal transfer” section and transfer your funds from your trading account to the MoneyBox.
- 3. After completing the internal transfer, you can request a withdrawal from the MoneyBox to your chosen payment method, whether it\'s a bank, card, or payment system.
- 4. Visit the “withdraw funds” section, fill in the required details. If we need any additional documentation, we will contact you within one business day.
- 5. For accounts with multiple payment details, withdrawals are allocated according to the proportions of deposits. Note: Withdrawals to bank accounts are only possible if the original deposit was made via a bank transfer. We don\'t charge any commission, but your bank might.
- 6. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 business days of approval. Remember, as part of global anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering regulations, we do not process transactions to or from third parties. Delays caused by external third parties are beyond our control.
- 7. Standard bank transfers usually take 3-5 business days, while withdrawals to Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards are processed within 1-2 business days. However, the total processing time may extend up to 6 business days.

Yes, you can use VPN or Tor connections to access our platform. However, for the best performance of our web interface and API, we recommend a stable and fast internet connection. This ensures smoother trading experiences and more efficient transactions.
You can select from cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, or LTC for setting up your account. It\'s important to note that once you choose your account currency during registration, this preference cannot be changed later.
No initial deposit or credit/debit card information is required at the time of registration. However, a deposit will be necessary to start trading on the platform.
